   材料:
   bacon(切条),看你们能吃多少,我用了有4大条
  
   做法:
  

  1、锅里放很少的油,放bacon爆炒;

  2、把油炒出来后放入干辣椒段炒一下;

  3、放入香菇炒熟,最后放点盐起锅即成。

   1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  
   做法:
  

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.) Combine the flour,

  baking soda, and salt; set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually blend in the flour mixture, then mix in the coconut. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Cookies should be about 3 inches apart.

  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly

  toasted. Cool on wire racks.

小诀窍

  Increase the vanilla to 1 tsp. Add 2 cups crushed corn flake cereal Add 1/2 cup of toasted & cooled coconut.

  cool your cookie dough in the fridge for 10-20 mins before baking

  roll dough into balls, then bake.


  

南瓜COUSCOUS琵琶腿

南瓜COUSCOUS琵琶腿做法
   材料:
   枇杷腿-2只,蒸熟的南瓜-100G,煮熟的苡仁-100G,COUSCOUS-1小碗
  
   做法:
  

  琵琶腿去骨后,留皮待用;

  琵琶腿肉用腌料腌30min;

  用热鸡汤泡COUSCOUS5min,再调入橄榄油拌松;

  南瓜和苡仁入调理机打泥;

  起锅,干炒做法2的鸡肉至变色后加入部分做法4的酱汁,拌匀,再加入COUSCOUS拌匀;

  将做法5的馅料添入做法1的皮中,用牙签封口后,下热油锅中稍微炸一下上色;

  另一锅,入鸡汤,蚝油后下做法6的枇杷腿烧一下;

  摆盘:淋上酱汁,罗勒装饰。


  

浓浓COCO小饼干

浓浓COCO小饼干做法
   材料:
   玛琪琳120g,细砂糖120g,鸡蛋1个,低筋面粉200g,COCO粉40g,泡打粉2g
  
   做法:
  

  将玛琪琳切小块,跟糖搅拌均匀,。

  然后加入过筛的低筋面粉和泡打粉。

  分次加入蛋液,用刮刀碾压,在揉成面团。

  放在冰箱醒30-60分钟。(哈,我都过了24小时,不知道有没有影响。)

  取出稍醒,擀平,压模,做成饼干坯。

  放入铺好纸的烤盘,上下管预热10分钟200度,烤15分钟200度,出炉!

小诀窍

  我没有低筋粉,所以是用标准粉和玉米淀粉4:1,调配的。

  Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet into the oven.

  In a bowl, combine the cornmeal, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk together to combine well.

  In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, and creamed corn, whisking together to combine thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients to the buttermilk mixture and stir to combine. If the batter will not pour, add more buttermilk to the batter.

  Swirl the canola oil in the hot cast iron skillet. Pour the batter into the skillet. Bake until the cornbread is golden brown and springs back upon the touch, about 20 minutes.

香浓巧克力饼干Triple Chocolate Cookies(约36片)做法
   材料:
   中筋面粉65g,泡打粉baking powder 1/4小匙,盐1/4小匙。
  
   做法:
  

  1. 混合中筋面粉、泡打粉、盐,过筛备用。烤箱预热至350 F / 180 C。

  2. 山核桃放入饼干烤盘里铺平,送进烤箱烘烤约7~8分钟至香味飘出,取出待凉,冷却后切成碎丁备用。

  3. 把苦甜巧克力切碎,连同黑巧克力55g一起放入大碗中,隔水加热至巧克力溶化成巧克力浆。

  4. 搅拌盆里放入回软的奶油、砂糖,搅打均匀,一次加一颗蛋继续搅打均匀,随后加入香草精与可可粉打匀。将做法3. 溶化的巧克力浆倒入面糊中,以低速搅打均匀。

  5. 倒入做法1. 的粉类,用橡皮刀搅拌均匀。放入山核桃碎丁、黑巧克力丁、白巧克力丁,拌匀即可。

  6. 用汤匙挖取约两大匙份量的面糊,放在烤盘上,用汤匙背面稍微按压一下表面,移入烤箱烘烤约11~12分钟。

   材料:
   1 杯 brown sugar
  
   做法:
  

  1、把鸡蛋、红糖、vanilla essence、牛油creamed together混合。

  2、然后把干料baking soda、baking powder、flour、salt混合,加上任何自己喜欢的干果类。

  3、把步骤(1和步骤(2)混合,加入一杯或两杯的cornflakes,做成球状。

  4、然后放到烤盘上,烤箱预热375度,把cookie 入烤箱烤9-10分钟即可。

   材料:
   大虾16只,面包碎1杯,干椰丝1杯半,五香粉1小勺半,cayenne pepper1小勺,太白粉半杯,盐半小勺,鸡蛋1只
  
   做法:
  

  1、先把盐、pepper、五香粉和面包碎充分拌匀,再加入椰丝混合。

  2、虾剥壳去泥肠,用厨纸吸干表面水分,沾上一层太白粉。

  3、浸入蛋液,再裹上步骤(1)的面包椰丝碎,压压紧。

  4、油热之后,转中火炸4分钟,再开大火炸一分钟左右。一次不要炸超过8个。

  1.Cook couscous with water in a rice cooker. Drain and run under cold water to chill.

  2.Add all remaining ingredients and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate before serving.

   材料:
   1 cup pearl couscous
  
   做法:
  

  1.Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Gently cook the chopped onions, peppers, spinach in the pan for 2-3 minutes.

  2.Add the couscous and chicken broth, stir well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
